Sub contracted by All Africa Mineral Explorers to conduct a complete evaluation of lithium projects of IRR in Ghana for possible partnership with NIMR International LLC.

The purpose of the evaluation is to estimate the economic potential of the Li – spodumene mineralisation on these IRR tenements and recommend to NIMR International for a possible joint venture of full buyout of the resource areas and whether to proceed with a feasibility study.

NIMR International LLC is a wholly owned United Arab Emirates company with interests in signing a JV deal or outright purchase and carrying out further exploration on the Cape Coast Lithium Projects owned by IRR and has contracted AAME to undertake a technical evaluation study on the mineralization potential of the properties.
